By accessing or using Your Next Automation, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully. Eligibility: To use Your Next Automation, you must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract with us.

Subscription Plans: Your Next Automation offers various subscription plans and one time payments for our services. By selecting a subscription plan or product, you agree to pay the applicable subscription fees and any taxes as described on our website.
Billing: Subscription fees will be billed automatically at the start of the billing period. Your subscription will continue on a recurring basis until you cancel it.
Refunds: Except as required by law, subscription fees and other payments are non-refundable.
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to Your Next Automation immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use Your Next Automation will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using Your Next Automation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event shall Your Next Automation, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, suppliers, or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use Your Next Automation after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden, Stockholm without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
